Disabling Realistic Needs and Diseases

Hello!
Like in topic, how to disable "Realistic Needs and Diseases" mod without breaking anything? I'm missing food and stamina regain from food ;(

Go to its menu (MCM and disable it)

Press >>> ESC >>> Mod Config Menu.

It still leaves food regaining only hunger and thirst.
