Limit / Diminish Weight limit and wood per chop

Hello, quick question, is there a way to diminish :
* base weight limit (900 is too much for me ^^)
* weight limit multiplier (i think it's something like x3 with modpack)
* Number of wood given per chop (i like the vanilla amount of 2 instead of modpack's 20).
