Magic effect in wrong position?

hello, so basically as you can see in those two pics the magic effect for fire magic is in the wrong position. any idea how to fix it? thanks

edit: it's not just fire, anything in that hand will have it's effect shifted to the wrong position. lmao any help would be appreciated

for some reason my xp32 bugged out and reset the settings i had in it so it was using nipple magic somehow xD, setting it back again to default fixed my issue
