This is a great mod that allows u to (as the author phrases it) "Edit Game Settings and add/remove game balancing perks dynamically in game through a convenient MCM menu, and much much more!"

it's a great mod to have to change the game experience through variable changing or speed it up when ever such a thing is needed or even fix some game problems created by mods like having a very fast hand speed that u can tweak to be fast but not "that" fast = )
