Question for RottenDub regarding NIFHealer

I've been playing SPM4.4 for a few days now, and I've experienced 2 cases of "CTD when entering a cell". Skyrim would crash and this error would show up:



And yes I'm aware of the provided solution under Troubleshooting Tips, Known Bugs & Fixes. But it's rather frustrating running into this error unexpectedly. I've done research regarding this error and many have suggested to use NIFHealer. I tried it myself but it continuously hangs. So I just wanted to ask you RottenDub if all the mods have already been healed?
