Lag Spikes. help?

Hi there, im having some issues getting this pack to run. ive installed and reinstalled several times following the guide. ive even formatted my pc and started fresh. everything installs and runs fine but i get lag spikes seems to be when textures load ad sort of pop in goes from 40-50 fps down to 2fps for a few seconds then runs sweet again 30sec to 1 min then does it again

pc specs
i7 4790k
8gb ram 
2x 7200rpm hdd in raid0
gtx680 2gb x2 sli
gtx 670 4gb

ive tried on both my sli setup and a 4gb card to see if it was a vram issue but same issue on either.any ideas?

Try running Bethini from this link and also check your vram size in enblocal.ini

 One piece of advice... use configurator in MO to tweak settings and not other external stuff.

Set grass desity higher (75 / 85 100 )
You GPU is certanly having some troubles with the pack see perfomance guide.Also lower spawns number (0 to asis disable everything in Immersive Creatures or leave some on if you like [EG frost giant])




*setting textures lower than very high will give you skybox and particles artifacts.

Thanks for the advice, i will try this soon. where will i find the spawns number?

okay i followed the performance guide except for disabling mods. so this lowered the amount of lag spikes but theyre still present sli makes them worse, i even lowered the resolution to 1280x720 and turned the enb off. rock solid 60 fps but still frequent lag spikes.

what mods should i try disabling that are the most vram hungry?

Hi, you can try to disable or replace the 4k body's, they stressed my gpu I replaced them with 2k
