Cannot create a new game

I am running it through ModOrganizer, and SKSE, however when I try to create a new game, it doesn't move past the screen with the Skyrim logo and music. The music continues playing and I can move my cursor so it's clearly not frozen, it just never loads me into the game. I've replaced the profile to make sure the mod order correct, made sure I have it sorted by priority but it didn't fix the problem. I even tried completely restarting by wiping my X:\Skyrim, and reinstalling but I still have the same problem.
