1.First create a new drive with the assigned letter "X" and give it 100GB (102,400MB ),and no i don't recommend any alternative to this.
↓↓↓CLICK ME↓↓↓:
-To do this simply shrink one of your drives. -It's quite simple and a tutorial can be found below
2.Install Skyrim legendary edition in X:\ •New folder path should be X:\Skyrim
(if folder paths is not exactly "X:\Skyrim"pack will not function properly)
↓↓↓CLICK ME↓↓↓:
3.Copy the contents of the pack in X:\Skyrim 4.Set video settings like so for TESV.exe from Nvidia Control Panel or ATI equivalent
•AO : OFF •AF : Application Controlled •AA : Application Controlled •AA transparency : OFF •V-Sync : ON •Pack should run fine with Win7 and Win 10 with the latest Nvidia drivers
↓↓↓ CLICK ME ↓↓↓:
5.Start MO (ModOrganizer.exe) and make sure all mods from left and right pane are activated (they should be)
-Mods in left pane should end with 206 and sorted by priority automatically, last one being "ASIS SkyProc Patch Done" -Mods in right pane should be 192 and ending with "ASIS.esp"
↓↓↓ CLICK ME ↓↓↓:
6.Start SKSE through MO to play the game.
↓↓↓ CLICK ME ↓↓↓:
7.Start a new game or load one of the saves.
-Don't forget to enjoy, seed and configure your mods in-game though MCM(Mod Configuration Menu)almost every aspect of you gameplay can be configured thorough it.
•Enough of this gibberr-jabber writing and words give us video tutorial
•A big part of enjoying a smooth gameplay is configuring your mods don't forget that when you start a new game
AO = ambient occlusion AF = anisotropic filtering AA = anti aliasing V-Sync = vertical synchronization MO = mod organizer SKSE = skyrim script extender MCM = mod configuration menu
-Can we have more video tutorials? -Sure •Here you go
-Can you recommend us some more mods? -Of course •Here are some i recommend -Can i run this on my [insert name here]laptop? -If it's not current gen then no,i don't recommend it.
-Is it really necessary to create a new drive just for this? -If you don't want to spend a few hours correcting path's yes
-I am not computer savvy and all that, can i still install this? -I don't see why not just follow the instructions.
-In the old forum there was a donation button will it come back? -No, not likely as it was totally misunderstood.
-Will you continue work on 2.0.6 V4 or on 2.0.7? -Yes but don't expect quick updates or quick releases
-Can i install X,x and X mod? -Only if you have a good knowledge of what is installed, modding tools and possible conflicts.
-I hate the ENB can i remove it? -I don't recommended it, make sure you know what you are doing.
-Can i get ENB Boost? -Not needed
-Can i replace the ENB with another one? -Yes feel free to change it to another one, never disable the ENB totally
-How much FPS does the current ENB eat up? -5-10 FPS on my medium system
-How do i disable ENB in-game? -SHIFT+F12
-How do i enable the ENB GUI? -Shift + Enter
-Where are the save-games? -X:\Skyrim\profiles\Rotten\saves
-Where are the ini's? -X:\Skyrim\profiles\Rotten
-Can i remove mods if I'm new to modding? -No i don't recommend removing any mod even if you are not new to it
-What are the plethora of buttons in MO upper-right corner? -Tools that you can use
-Can we see an example on how to use the tools? -Yes

Yo Rotten does the same installation instructions pertain if I wish to install skyrim in a partitioned area od an external hard drive? I made a partition called X. So I installed skyrim on there via steam and from there just unzip your pack over there?

I'm no computer whiz by any means, what i did was get a sdd just for the pack and named it "X" so it doesn't interfere with other partitions. If you have a bigger SSD or HDD you can use the solution posted above with no problems. In the shrinking process you will have the option to assign it a letter. You should never shrink you "C:\" aka your windows drive.
Good Luck.

I just took an old external HDD with a usb 2.0, Named it X and installed the mod on it. It's running ok but it slows down alot from time to time. This'll have to do for now. Thanks for the easy install.

Had trouble with shrinking my drive. Apparently microsoft's default tool sucks dicks and immovable files on your drive may prevent you from creating a new partition of adequate size, or may prevent you from creating one at all.
I spent about an hour trying to get around the immovable files and gave up, then found this.
The Minitool Partition Wizard allowed me to create a new partition in literally 2 minutes. From there I was able to assign the new partition as drive X in Disk Management.
Quick instructions:
Right click your C: drive in the wizard and select "split drive".
Move the <> arrow slider to 100gb for the new partition. Hit OK.
Hit the Apply button in the top left corner of the wizard.
It'll prompt you to close all applications, don't bother, just hit okay and when it says programs are running on C: it'll ask you if you want to restart and apply the changes, take that option. Your computer will restart and the new partition will be created "offline" (meaning it'll be created without your OS running).
You should be good to go, just change the drive letter in administrative tools.
Hope that helps the people that ran into the same issue I did.

I tried doing the exact same thing before I decided to use an external drive. After restarting my pc to let it resize my partition, it froze after 2 minutes. The loading light wasn't on and I let it sit all night and it stayed at 0%. Luckily it didn't screw up my boot after I held down the power button and restarted it. I tried 10 times before giving up.

Hmmm. Make sure you have at least twice as much free space as you need for the new partition and run an optimization defrag, then try it again. I use Auslogics Diskdefrag.
I suspect that the partition wizard simply couldn't find enough adjacent memory blocks to create the partition.

I have 450gb free and I ran the optimization defrag 5 times in a row and it's still freezing.
Is the actual game directory suppose to end up like this?
X:\Skyrim\steamapps\common\Skyrim
That's the only way I can get Steam to install it.
It's supposed to be X:\Skyrim (rename after install) game/MO won't use steam to launch you game but SKSE_loader.exe
Okay, so this is how my game directory looks now before installing the mod pack. Is this correct? Just wanted to be 100% sure before I put everything in. Thank you.

Hello, thanks very much for this pack too, got me back into Skyrim again! ;)
I'm just wondering if it matters if I have the high resolution texture pack from steam installed or not.
Also quite a few of the mods say they are unmanaged. I'm guessing that's what they are meant to say, but I just want to make sure that nothing went wrong with MO, thanks!

It's ok if it says unmannaged(or managed outside MO) as long as all the mods from the left pane (about 20 are ticked) and all from the right. You can delete or disable the high resolution texture packs as they are not needed anymore.Actually i strongly recommend it.You should end up with something like this :

In X:\Skyrim\profiles\Rotten open skyrim.ini and set the second line
"iFPSClamp=50" to "iFPSClamp=60" make sure you enable v-sync via graphics card CP for TESV.exe

got that cursor issues fixed thanks
now the next thing is do these mods need cleaning? Mo says my dot net is outdated but im on windows 10 MO alsos says I have missing masters and python is not installed it offers a fix for the python issue but i did not meddle with it.
i deactivated the rotten mods because the game would not start with them.
for enb's, do i need to add the required mods listed on nexus before using the ones in your bundle or can I just drag and drop?

•You need python (included in the pack) to correctly run MO •Check X:\Skyrim\-=Skyrim Rotten Edition ReadMEs and tools=-\Redist for any missing Redist •Make sure you activate all mods in the pack •If you don't know how to clean the said mods in II leave it be •You don't need anything for ENB everything you need is in the pack •Pack wasn't tested with WIN10 •Skyrim can only run in DX9

•Press sort in ModOrganizer or run LOOT with ModOrganizer
•Clean but start TES5Edit through ModOrganizer
•I also opened Wyre though MO and none are orange or red
•A bashed patch is not really required as far as i tested the game is very stable
•You might've installed something wrong.
I'm going to make a short tutorial in a second to show you how it should look!
Edit here you go!
Also created a video tutorial on installing

Hi there, first off thank you very much for all your hard work. You deserve a long rest indeed! I got scared when I found the old forums gone, just got back into the online world of things.

If it's installed correctly that should never happen. The memory fix prevents "infinite loading screen" Don't run the pack with task manager open as it's messing with the custom video hook that the pack uses. I didn't increase the spawns in asis and obis because it can put a lot of strain on people with weaker CPU's. If you want to increase spawns open ASIS MCM menu and configure it,then go to inside cell and sleep for 3 months.

Wanted to test Dragnarok extensively but never had time.
If you want to make it more immersive create a settlement/fort and a guild with tundra defense/pocket empire builder/Create your own guild.
Then save and activate Dragnarok, and quit the game.
Open skyrim.ini from X:\Skyrim\profiles\Rotten and find the line
bEssentialTakeNoDamage=1 (near the bottom) and set it to 0
All npc can die and you can basically turn Skyrim into a survival game :)
Warning this is recommended for a survival experience and quest can get canceled,protected/essential npc can die.
Have Fun!

I personally use Utorrent 2.2.1 because it doesn't have adds or other junk
Torrent seeding apps are not used just for pirate material but for seeding and sharing other content as-well.
Also make sure the site you are trying to get the file from is the legit one, when you go to the site it should just say kat.cr no other proxy or fake site.
Seeding is easy, just download the file you want and leave Utorrent open.

Uhh, hello, sorry to bother you but I am at the fifth stage of the process and I'm having quite a bit of trouble figuring this out. I've spent the whole day going through it and finally made it to the 5th step.
On the left pane, instead of 206 mods I have 159 and it ends with Unmanaged: --RottenAIfixes--.
On the right pane, instead of 192 mods, it has 161 and ends with Wrath Of Nature.esp.
I'm not sure how I messed up though. I've manual checked the torrent twice not just in case it missed something during the download but nada.
Here is a picture of it.
Also, I believe this is the correct way to set it up, yes?
Thank you for your support, time, and hard work :) I was going to try my hand at modding but found it far too difficult and a headache. You were truly a lifesaver and I realize you spend enough time already, but thank you anyway.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Did you use 7zip to extract the files? Did you try to use run it as admin and use extract to option?
If you check the data folder you should have 141 esp files. There should also be some mods in X:\Skyrim\MO MODS.

Wow okay, I'm sorry. I literally feel like the dumbest guy XD
When you said to open Mod Manager, I went and actually downloaded Mod Manager on my desktop instead of actually opening the ModManager.exe that was in the folder.
Something's still a bit iffy with the number of mods and load order though.
The problem here is that now there's an extra 3 mods on the left pane. Same for the right one. Also, if you examine the right pane, I noticed that there were 3 HighResTexturePack.espS. Is this the cause of the extra 3 mods?
It might not even be a problem to run it as it is as it's only an extra 3 mods but I feel like something will go wrong if t's not exactly like the instructions Xd

This has been discussed before but i guess I'll say it again.
High resolutions bsa's and esp's are no longer needed and can be deleted actually i highly recommend it.
They are in Data folder after you install skyrim -You can safely delete or move them
*Tip you can use the image hosting below to host images that you can zoom further. -The servimg hosting service is rudimentary and i could barely see what your image especially since it involves text. http://postimage.org/

•To run loot with MO you need to update internet explorer to latest version (loot needs it) •Pressing "Sort" in MO does the same thing as LOOT •Ranged perk issue had been addressed in bugs and fixes •CellStabilizer.dll aka Stable uGridsToLoad + memory patch prevents infinite loading screens so it might be something on your end.

Hi. I'm really looking forward to trying this I just found out about it. Do you think it will work if I remove a few mods and add a few others?I tried another mod compilation sort of like this called Skyrim Journey and if I deviated from his loadlist at all my game would break.
I really like the mods you use like PerkusMaximus, OBIS and Frostfall butI don't know why you used for example the mods to add vendors instead of using Trade and Barter mod. Or why you didn't use Guard Dialog Overhaul instead of 'Divine punishment for arrows to the knee' type mods. Also whats up with the Draugnarok mod? Seems like that would kill the experience. But from what I've read you make it so players can customize it to their liking pretty easily?
Anyway just a few thoughts I had. I appreciate all the work you've done putting this together. I hope you continue to work on and improve it.
Happy New Year.

Hello and welcome to the forums.
You can pretty much add and remove whatever you want but remember with some exceptions like skeleton and animation. Some mods depend on each other so watch out for that. Perma will cause "gray face bugs" on some NPC,it's beyond my skill to ameliorate for now.Check out bugs&fixes thread. After removing some mods you should redo the ASIS patch through MO.
Check out some of the other help threads if you feel stuck on any point. There's also a general modding guide floating somewhere around Skyrim related section.
Draugnarok doesn't start automatically you have to start it.It's there because combining some of the mods like Draugnarok+Activate werewolf infection for everyone+create your own guild+tundra defense+pocket empire builder+bEssentialTakeNoDamage=0 in skyrim ini+RND+Frostfall+hunterborn you can turn Skyrim into a survival experience, where you have to build your own town/settlement, eat, sleep, drink, stay warm and defend your town from different threats IF you so desire. Most of these mods don't start automatically and can change your gameplay quite a lot.
About the "why didn't you use X mod" i used the mods that i seem fitting for the pack but know that you can never please everyone.
