As a Bethesda game I think there will be some possibilities to mod the game.

Seems to me there are just some re-shade presets and some save-games no mods per se.

Yes, I don't know about the 1st one if it was easy to mod or not.
But it does not seem to have brought many interested modders into it.

they never made a kit to mod the game people would have to waste a lot of time making mods maybe with dishonored 2 bethesda will release a mod creation kit with it who knows
