CTD trying to enter Blackreach

Hello everyone, hello RottenDub !

First of all, thank you for your great work. It's been a pleasure to use your modpack so far.

So like I said in the title, I have an issue while doing the mainquest. I'm currently trying to get into Blackreach, after the Alftand dwemer ruin. But it keeps crashing to desktop when :

- Trying to save into the room just before Blackreach, the room with the mechanism which unlock the stairs to reach the Blackreach door
- At the moment I press E to enter into Blackreach.

My SPM V4.3 is well installed, I haven't had any else problem with the pack so far, except that I can't use the Wearable Lanterns mod for some reason, but it doesn't really matter, as I use the real torches anyway.

Oh and I haven't installed any other mods.

NVidia Geforce GTX970 4Go
8Go RAM DDR3
