Installation HELP

When i install this modpack the steam way i install skyrim through steam default installation place is     C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim    then i extract Skyrim Perfectly Modded V4.3   2 times to ensure the file intergrity then i cut Skyrim and Skyrim mods and paste them in    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\   after that im lost i dont know what to do with the modorganizer ini because i found lots of people talking about it on this forum but everyone said something else what to do and i got confused :( could someone be so kind and help me with it?          Im so jealous of people that actually got it to work without any issues
