oh noes CTD in whiterun after simply looting a thief

a group of bandits killed a thief so i looted him outside in whiterun and CTD.. not during item pick up, but looting while being crouched and just sitting there for maybe 5 seconds.

I'm also getting NIF errors randomly through the game, rendering my saves unplayable. I started a thread about it but no one solved my problem.

•Right Click on Skyrim folder >>> Proprieties and de-tick read-only (it will take a while)
•Make sure all the tools you need to run Skyrim are being run with admin rights
-EG right click ModOrganizer.exe go to compatibility >>> tick run as admin >>> apply

Ok for real its fixed

I followed instructions from another thread about making game settings very high

In ur instructions tell people to not mess with settings
