Subject: PM 4.4 Mod Inclusion Requests Mon Sep 26, 2016 7:32 am
So I hear an update is approaching, a new pack. Sounds cool. I wonder what you've already changed! Waiting to see, I'm excited. I have some ideas that you might find useful or at least interesting, and I've hidden them among my other blatant requests. Does anyone spot anything that doesn't make any sense, besides my lazy categories? Please take a look.
Immersion\Looks: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/77952/?DoF - Best Perception Simulator. This is insanely neat, just check out the screenshots. Somehow it makes Skyrim look like a real physical array of objects. This does make lower resolution textures stand out as weird looking, because they're more obviously undetailed, but hey that's why we pack in as many high res textures as we can. This visual edit shifts the way I see this game into a new plain. Do you think it can work in your pack?
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/77722/?Distinct Skyrim Landscapes. This looks incredible, and I think it can look more incredible with the prior DoF mod. You'll need the patch for Better Roads, I'm not sure if you have Bridges.
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78572/?Falmer Sounds - the Betrayal Edition, same deal but with Falmer. Not everyone is into game sounds being "different" from what they remember, but I'm more looking out for the experiences of brand new players.
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59327/?Feed The Animals, adds crafting of dog treats and the dialog option to offer them. We don't have enough animal companion interaction.
Land/Homes: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78460/?Psychopath's Cabin, this changes the Abandoned Shack where you first meet Astrid, it sounds good because the uploader just sounds so interesting.
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/67559/?Darkend, I've mentioned this one before. It's a nice place with nice vibes, the dark melancholy kind of nice that I appreciate. I think it has a slightly Dark Souls sad feeling, please include.
Tweaks: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60520/?Sneaky Canines, stops canine companions from barking all the time, and so is absolutely necessary. Other mods do this too, but this is the only one I've found that actually stops the barking animation too. Dogs still bark during battle and if you're riding a horse, because they'd be crazy not to on both counts.
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/68420/?Playable Weapons Armor Clothes, this one lets you equip and use pretty much all of the weird enemy items Skyrim didn't previously allow you to, like giants' clubs and horse saddles. I thought it sounded cool.
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78110/?Essentials Are Protected - SKSE Plugin. One of my biggest gripes with Skyrim was not being allowed to kill everyone, but that's ancient history, these days that's just a gripe with Perfectly Modded. Fixing that little problem would be really cool. ^^ Although looking at the comments on this mod, it is (or perhaps used to be) pretty annoying to install properly. It seems to require a "SKSEMemUtil." I'd probably give up on it at this point, but I believe you're more determined.
http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/78951/?Realistic Movement, it's not a movement animation replacer, it just makes starting and stopping running a little slower and smoother of a transition, it looks good in their video. Incompatible with some mod called Disparity.
Thank you for the suggestion, as always i appreciate feedback from you.Added some of them, now I'm going over the whole process of including dyndolod to the whole madness of the modlist that's in the pack. Will report success or failure as it happens but i've very pressed for time ATM and also very tired.
EDIT 1 :
The DOF perception works fine with Hiricine or Azura (prob all ENB's) just make sure to set (enbseries.ini)
[DEPTHOFFIELD] FadeTime=0.1 (0.1 or 0.2)
It is very blurry tho` wish he wouldn't gone overboard with it.
EDIT 2 :
Managed to install Distinct Skyrim Landscapes + DynDOLOD Resources + TES5LODGen + Vanilla Billboard + Generated billboards for everything in the pack.
Tested it out a little everything looks good and the Disting Skyrim Landscapes is a nice touch indeed (had a little problem with tree LOS but fixed it with TES5LOADGen) now all is left is DynDOLOD generation.
EDIT 3 :
I could be wrong but this is the number of cells in the pack ???
EDIT 4: DynDOLOD installed successfully no apparent drop in performance

Many superficial suggestions. We need gameplay tweak/content addition mods like i posted earlier. They are the real deal not most of these. Though "immersive dragon shouts" actually a very good immersive mod.
Who cares how the game looks if we do play exactly the same playthrough after playthrough.
That forest screenshot looks incredible! O-O Excellent work, and so fast! I took way too long to prepare that list, and I forgot to mention that I colored blue all the things I cared about the most. The blur does look a little more like a bother now than in the screenshots on that modpage, maybe being in 3rd person does it. I thought that mod did something special with the lighting too, to achieve whatever that trippy "real life" illusion is. Thanks for considering my findings. ^ ^
I been waiting for this tbh, yet did not wish to nag you in a way
Bro please, is it possible to add what's been removed between 4.2 and 4.3?
And i mean the eye-candy
If some have a weaker pc they can just detick the mods from MO
Those are the mods of interest:
ETAC, Dawn of Skyrim, Vivid weathers, radioactive interiors, Gildergreen 4k parallax, large imperial tent, Textures and meshes Parallax 4k, Enhanced textures detail (UV tweaks), SMIM (I think it's already here) and tree parallax
If this is possible, I'll be ordering a 1080 Titan X
It would be amazing if you would help here bro Rotten
Peace

I think I've said before it's engine limitation or it could be hardware limitation which will be determined once i upgrade my PC one more (replace some parts) but until then i can't know which is which and i really don't want to have big frame-drops(for everyone if it's engine limitation or some mods don't work well together) in important and often visited places/locations as it would ruin the pack's enjoyment if everyone would get FPS spikes(10-15-30 FPS) in places like Whiterun or Riverwood.
Radioactive interiors also produced some FPS spikes or bad FPS in some cells, the navmesh was modified also and a teleporting bug occurred with NPCS(the author is aware and can't fix this)but the biggest problem was that because of the mod some CTD's also happened around Riften and some other places where the mod was present, so sadly this one i won't put back in
But if after i get a chance to upgrade the hardware the spikes still occur and you want these mods back in i will help and instruct you personally on Skype or another platform on how to install these mods so have no worry i'll help ya out.

More *available* mods are always good. As in, included and selectable, but not necessary active. I always figured there should be multiple MO profiles already set up. That'd be using this compilation's capabilities to the fullest
In the mood for a hardcore survival experience? Choose the Rugged Survivalist MO profile and it has all those mods checked and configured
In the mood to do Legacy of the Dragonborn? Choose the LotD MO profile which has LotD and all the supported mods loaded and ready
In the mood for a Zelda-like playthrough? Choose the Hyrule MO profile which has Relics of Hyrule, Zelda music/sound mods, and Link-looking character all ready to go. Heh this is what one of my profiles is
Anyway I know that's a little time-consuming but yeah I'd avoid baking in too many more mods unless they are just there as optional

•Depending on you attention span and patience reading the instructions this could be a breeze or a "hard thing to do" •Can be a few clicks solution if you read carefully. •Do not download this pack if you mind a little reading.

It improves 65 "ordinary" npc's that most npc improvement mods ignore. Read the desc, also mxr shows it off in episode 213 :)
Ummm...doing this doesn't seem like a lot of fun :
Spoiler:
[Solution to problems]
1. If you has uesd another mod about chaging the appearance of same NPCs, it may cause the neck seam trouble. If so, open the command console by pressing the tilde (~) key. And you have to set their NPC weight by typing the following: setnpcweight [NPC'S WEIGHT]
And then enter 'disable' and 'enable' in a row before closing the command console. Lastly, press the tilde (~) key again to close the command console.
2. If she is standing there in the nude, open the command console by pressing the tilde (~) key. And click the NPC. And then enter 'disable' and 'enable' in a row.

Ah... did not read that part, yea that seems complicated enough, use your time on more significant mods.

Loading screens are more of each users tastes should be easy to install if anyone wants them. Will test the ENB and tell you it works/looks.
Btw did some testing with other ENB's for 4.4
Good looking performance ones are :
•HIRCINE •AZURA •RUDY ENB •Vaermina
I haven't update mods since 4.3 only when it was necessary. Will update at some point and this will be talked about. There will be a delay of new threads and info of new packs because i have a terrible cold and really can't focus on these things as they have to be thorough.
