If you find any bugs in 2.0.6 please post them here. I don't recommend adding or removing mods from this pack,if you did so please don't post here,or accredit any CTD you might have to the pack. Thanks!
Known Bugs :
1.Sometimes HDT body's of NPC will go a little crazy to fix save and load game
2.Sometimes arrow quiver will "jitter" when shooting (another HDT bug) will look into it.
3.Sometimes animations in 3rd person (magic and melee) will bug out body animations will appear to be sliding or something like that and has something to do with sprinting in a ─► diagonal direction,it will self adjust as soon you stop for a second.
4.When opening the skills menu you game will lag for 3 seconds then return to normal. This is related to Perma.Minor bug. *Fixed in 206 V3 beta 2
5.Perma and Uncapped Perks are mildly incompatible this can result in some unobtainable perks.Resolved by moving the Uncapped Perks - Combat + Stealth.esp and Uncapped Perks - Magic.esp above perma modules or even upper in the load order.*Fixed in 206 V3 beta 2 6.A small number of NPC's have a slight different colored faces(know as "gray face" bug).*Fixed in 206 V3 7.Fix for CTD on save!*Fixed in 206 V3
8.One or two races seem to cause FPS to spike *Fixed in V3
9.Gray face in 206 V3 beta 1*Fixed in 206 V3 beta 2
10.When having a sword on back animation will draw from the hip*Fixed in 206 V3 beta 2

•Seems like i forgot to move realistic waters lower in load order and water doesn't look like it supposed to.
-So if you water in-game doesn't look like this :
-Open MO and move realistic waters.esp and all it's addtional esp's (5 in total sub esp's) lower in load order. -Pro Tip : You can hold control to select and move multiple esp's

One really annoying problem i'm having is the physics bug out whenever I'm indoors. I'm constantly hearing the noise of loose items clanging and banging around, every now and then finding a random item lying upside down on the floor, and women's body physics seem to vibrate. Also, Is there any list or something of all the player houses in this mod? Apart from the physics glitch the mod has been great BTW, thanks.

•Download the FPS limiter and an ini file from http://perfectlymodded.forumz.ro/t64-ini-download-center •Set the limiter to 60 or 59 •Houses : -Rayek's End -Deus Mons -Hunter's Getaway -If i remember correctly you can also buy the caravan home near Markarth -You can build a shack anywhere -You can build a settlement(including home/office) anywhere -You can further build stuff with pocket empire.

I just switched the skyrimprefs.ini and skyrim.ini with the 'medium' .ini's and moved the high res water down in the priority list, now I get 'Skyrim is not responding' as soon as I try loading it. Stupid me, I didn't backup the previous .ini's.

If it's the INI's that cause the crash, theres a zip in the profiles folder that has the original files. Copy the INI's from there.

Late reply i had some problems with my internet.
•I've look through the medium ini's and double check they can't cause your game to fail to load or crash. -My guess is that your load order is incorrect. -Here's where the realistic water esp should be :
-See if that helps if not press Sort within MO or use LOOT within MO

Did you use the test files and then overwrite with the low, medium or high end inis?

Yeah, when it first stopped responding, I re-installed the test files then I tried all three inis.

Yup. Task manager is closed, and it comes up 'not responding' the second the 'Skyrim" application opens.

Hey, what's up Rotten. I found this weird glitch with the Ranged Weaponry perks and I suspect PerMa is just bugging out. I can't get any Ranged Weaponry perks even though I should be well able to :O Have a looksie, did I break anything?
Am only I having the issue?
Update: Found out the park tree of Eagle Eye was supposed to start off at requiring only a skill of 0 in ranged weaponry to get so I'm assuming that it won't give me the Eagle Eye perk because it requires the first rank of it to unlock the second rank and the perks above it also require it?
Update 2: Tinkering I found out that Uncapped Perks are incompatible with Perkus Maximus since it's a very old and discontinued mod. Rotten, you might want to switch to Legendary Uncapped Perks which is an updated version of the mod.

Can confirm! Can also be resolved by moving the Uncapped Perks - Combat + Stealth.esp and Uncapped Perks - Magic.esp above perma modules or even upper in the load order. Thanks for posting this. Will add to fixes.

turren might be the frame limiters fault. Open enblocal.ini and change :
or just replace it with the one originally in the pack.

It worked, but without the frame limit, I had all the Physics glitches again, So I reinstalled the whole FPS limit .rar, and that works now too.. Maybe I stuffed up one of the inis or something accidentally..
Edit: When I said I replaced the test inis I meant just the inis. I realize now that I should have reinstalled the whole folder.

The elf next to the jarl in whiterun has neckseams, and I seen a bunch more in other places. Also, where could I have messed up in the installation? I already fixed the load order for the waters. I'll reinstall when I get home but what's a common problem people go through when installing? I think I did something wrong because it also ctds quite often, and I trust you when you say it's really stable.
Well you were right.Fu*k me if i didn't fix this a month before the pack was released. Took me about 7 days to fix this gray face but it seems it rears its ugly head once again.
Saw your post yesterday morning and tried to fix it since then to no avail as I've forgot how i fixed it months ago. So removal of the mods that cause it it's the only way!
(vanilla races for you character contain 0 neck seams) (custom races have some seams and it's beyond my skill/ability to fix)
Edit ... well after 2 days i have found the culprit...and the winner is... PERMA(Perkus Maximus) So after removing mods like crazy and testing stuff i found the solution either remove awesome perks that come with PERMA or live with it.
So quick solution untick :
•Perkus Maximus - Maximum Perk Overhaul •Perkus Makimus - Extended Perk Descriptions •Perkus Maximus - SkyProc Patch Done •ASIS Patch Done
◘Rebuild ASIS patch with MO
Long alternative version :
1.From MO untick and remove :
Color Mismatch Fix for Elven races Color Mismatch Fix for Humans and Bretons
2.Go to the folder below and delete everything there (2000 or so .nif files, this should also save you 2GB)
4.Download and install with MO Inhabitants of Skyrim - NPC Version 1
5.Run GenerateFNISforUsers.exe from X:\Skyrim\data\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Users
6.Press SORT in MO
7.Download SUM and install with MO *Make use of the SUM, ASIS and shortcuts from MO (Modify them if needed with the "edit button" from the drop down menu, don't forget to press modify)
8.Redo the ASIS patch -Make sure there's nothing in the "overwrite" folder -Tick the ASIS Patcher -Run SUM and only select the ASIS patch *It will finish in maximum 5 minutes -Right click the overwrite folder and click "create new mod" and name it "ASIS SkyProc Patch Done" -Tick it in MO
9.Press sort in MO and move realistic waters low in the load order like in the fix above *Optional create a bashed patch if you feel you need it for stability (i personally don't use a bashed patch as the game is very stable for me and most of the people that i know use my pack) but it doesn't hurt to create one. *Tip don't use the merge function when creating a bashed patch if you decide to do one
*Tick it = activate the mod
I wish there was a more elegant and simple solution to this but i thought it was fixed so you won't have to do these things. My apologies.

:/ I'm getting "Skyrim not responding" again.. It's been a couple of weeks since I last played, it worked perfectly back then but now all of a sudden it's not. I've tried reinstalling all the .inis, I've removed the fps limiter, I've run LOOT, And it's still not working. I run SKSE from Mod Organizer, The SKSE_loader opens for a few seconds, then closes. A couple of seconds later, I get a message saying Skyrim has stopped responding.
EDIT: I just replaced my ENB series with 'Performance ENB' Now it works.. EDIT EDIT: Just replaced all the inis to get fps limit, and now it crashes again :/ However playing without the FPS limit is incredibly annoying.. It seems to be some form of problem with the d3d9.dll. It works when it comes from the performance enb folder, but I get a crash if it's from the fps limiter folder. Is there some way to uninstall the enb? I never use it as my pc is too low end to comfortably play with it on. Or is there a way to edit the d3d9.dll to allow the frame limiter?
Okay, I replaced the performans enb with the Rotten enb rar, which seems to work with the antilag.cfg.
Also, Is it possible to return the in game combat music to default? I find it often clashes quite a bit with the setting.

•The test files are meant to be used with enb and antilag.dll and cfg that i modified a little(basically it's another d3d9.dll renamed to work alongside the enb)
go to X:\Skyrim\data\music\combat and delete the 6 files there.

Not sure if these are bugs but I can't think of another explanation. 1st: The portal to Falskaar in the Embershard Mine does not work. It lights up but when you walk into it.... nothing. You're just stuck and have to ctrl-alt-del to be able to force close the game and restart. 2nd: The DawnGuard castle is missing. I've been all over the area on the map where it's supposed to be..... and it's just not there. Disregard the strike-thru. I was a tard and was heading to the icon on the map and forgot that you had to go through Dayspring Canyon to get there.

Hello sir. I still have the grey face bug in v3. The people with grey faces ive seen are the bard in the Bannered Mare (Mikael) in Whiterun and the Battle-born guy who makes a fuss with an old lady at the market in Whiterun and the innkeeper of the Bannered Mare.
Only thing i changed to the pack was installing some of your recommended mods: Rustic Clothing, Spirits of Skyrim and Visible Windows. I did not merge them or anything, just installed them with MO.

Falskaar is working.... and I think I've got the ini's tweaked to where I can live with it. Though in Falskaar, when it rains, I have to change the weather to clear skies otherwise the slowdown is unbearable.
If I want to use my own ENB, would I just use the ENB manager to remove the grim and sombre enb files? I've been able to run Skyrim at High settings with ENB in the past with no problems.... but the ENB that came packaged seems to really bog things down on my system.

All of the other bugs listed here have been totally fine for me, but I did notice that your merged CBBE helmets have a bug where they are invisible, I ran the patcher and that did not help, and noticed that since they are merged there is no BSA to extract to the data folder, which is the best known fix for that issue that I know of. I was wondering if there is a possible workaround that you know I could use without expanding my load order too significantly. I updated Perkus Maximus and it broke my ability to make a merged patch so I exported the few weapons I did download, and my save and am currently reinstalling the pack back into the folder because I made the mistake of not making a backup. That's my own fault, but nothing to get borked over. Hope you have a good morning buddy, and thank you again for making such a fantastic pack. I see how much time and effort you put into making this, now that I have really gotten into modding and merging my other Bethesda games. Not a single dirty plugin, perfectly merged, you did just about everything 100% perfectly. I imagine you definitely must have needed a few tylenol and a lot of coffee in the process of making this.

Some questions about this long alternative fix. If i follow that i will not lose Perma? But i will lose ApachiiHairStyles? And you say i need to download SUM, but the pack already contains it, and its available from within MO. Do i need to redownload/install it?
Also i understand the grey faces bug is quite complicated, but how can the previous poster not have any issues, but i do? What did i do wrong?
@Paladius, ENB is bringing my system down too. A difference of 20 fps (from 25 to 45) in the forested areas (alchemist start) with ENB on or off. Areas with less trees are usually working fine for me (40+ fps). I was also wondering why disabling the effects only gets me about 2-3 more fps (all AA options on cost me 2 fps, DOF costs me 1 fps, AO is not even 0.5 fps, the other effects are neglible), but disabling ENB altogether gives me 20 fps. I had it with a few NPC's and it does seem to do with PerMa, but it took me almost 6 hours to find my first NPC with a gray face, and I just took it with a grain of salt. The one I found was a Nord mercenary in Solitude, but I just imagined that a dark elf and a Nord must have had some kind of issue with the child they gave birth to, and he had some skin complications as a result. Really wasn't too gamebreaking for me as I really enjoy what PerMa brings to the table as well as the ability to patch in new weapons with a levelled list and all. Seemed like a fair trade for me.
But I suppose if you found three within Whiterun alone at some point there may be a bit of a buildup of gray characters, and not everyone can have the same "skin condition" because at some point becomes a bit of a nuisance. That being said, I at this point in the game do not mind being almost 10 hours in. I really enjoy the way the mods are playing together, and did a few modAV speed stress tests around the map and not a single crash.

Yes,feel free but asuming you got the antilag test files and one of the ini's from the ini download center. You will also need to open enblocal.ini after installing the new ENB and make sure to add this in proxy
But i would recommend that you tweak this ENB,it has very decent performance for what it offers. That is of course true if you like this enb.If you don't like the look of it sure replace it with whatever you want.
Open the console and press LEFT SHIFT+ENTER,Disable rain in the ENB GUI,tweaks any other settings you might want to tweak,Ambient occlusion and DOF will have the biggest Impact on FPS.Press save and apply.

Well if you refer to TERA or BLESS helmets they are invisible because they don't exist in the original games (i think) but the authors made some invisible elements so you won't loose the perk benefit.Vanilla helmets are working just fine,i just checked it.
Well let's face it won't ever be perfect because there will always be things that you can improve or fix, but when i came up with the name "perfectly modded" i was thinking about functionality and the fact that it won't crash every 10 minutes, also sporting a big number of mods that don't conflict.Plus it was shorter then "Mod packs with big amounts of mods that don't conflict, crash you game and that will improve in time.com" :)
It will always have bugs just like the vanilla game, some fixable, some not and things that can improved but in time it will only get better and better and more demanding on you PC
This is what i listen to in the mornings, works really well with my current hangover

You were correct! Thank you very much. Plus it's not exactly a bad thing anyways because it comes with the benefit of being able to see my characters face when taking screenshots without having to remove the helmet. I was just wondering if it was supposed to be that way or not, but the vanilla helmets do indeed work perfectly.

The main culprit is PERMA,unfortunately it has to go. You will not lose apachyskyhair just apachyskyhair for elfs and human NPC's. I've already fixed and will be gone in BETA 2 or future packs once it's good enough to release.
Just removing PERMA and redoing the ASIS patch might also fix the gray faces.

So i have to do both of these solutions to be sure to fix it? Because the long alternative version does not include removing PerMa. I might have to live with the grey faces for the moment then :p
BTW i have to thank you for this work, this modpack is very well done so i have 10MB/s available to seed it hard ;)

Well the culprit is PERMA so it might not work even with the long solution.

Hi Rotten, I tried to fix the grey faces without removing PerMa but it didn't work. Whiterun is filled with the grey face plague. What works in-game is selecting the NPC's and setting his weight with the setnpcweight xx command. This refreshes the model and removes the greyness. However this is only temporary, the grey returns upon reloading the cell. Beharin who makes the Better Vampires mod has made a fix for this in his mod. He made a script that automatically refreshes 3D models of turned NPC's. This seems like an easy way to solve the problem for now. You just need to put this script in a single mod so you don't need to run Better Vampires and perhaps you would need to make it apply to all vanilla npc's, not just the vampire ones. You think this is possible? See sites.google.com/site/bettervampires/faq/grey-face-bug

Hello. Just downloaded this and installed it as instructed
First of all thanks for this.Great work!!
I have a problem though. I was unable to change the eye colour(iris) on my falmer. Possible load order problem? I haven't changed it at all.
Also the vanilla high res texture pack shoes on the left hand side of Mo and increases mod count to 209. Any way to remove it?
I have a few performance issues too, which i will post in the performance thread.
Thanks :)

Hello and welcome...On your falmer?alternative start or did you add more mods/race mods? All eyes are merged into a single esp so load order shouldn't matter that much. Delete the 3 Highresolutions .bsa and esp, you'll get a performance boost.
@Shinsplinter PERMA is responsible and adding more scripts is not the way to go.As I've said it will be fixed in future packs and perma will not be in them...

But how can we live without PerMa!? I may have found a fix, i just deleted the \Facegeom\Skyrim.esm and Facetint\Skyrim.esm folders and disabled the two color mismatch files in MO. Not sure if deleting those folders was necessary but this seems to have done the trick, the Bannered Mare is grey face free. Edit- didnt fix it completely but 80% of grey faces are gone now

Subject: Performance and Win 1o Sun Feb 21, 2016 4:14 pm
Thanks for the quick reply. 1) By falmer i mean the snow elf race provided by your pack. Sorry for the confusion. Problem resolved after reinstalling (removing + copy +pasting) the enb's.
2) However the performance issue still makes it unplayable.
With grim and somber ENB , the avg fps was 20 in the wild. With ENB off , it was 30, but went down to 15 most of the time.
I just fixed a dependency problem of SweetFX [the procedure entry point createDXGIFactory2 could not be located in the dynamic link library c:\Windows\SYSTEM\d3d11.dll] by replacing the local dxgi.dll file with the one inside my system32 folder (win10)
I have also tried performance enb , but even then the average fps is around 25.
I have removed the vanilla high res mods as instructed. And the skyrimpref.ini have been tweaked for low end CPU's (ikr! :/) as shown in the videos posted in the Performance tips and tricks thread.
I have set the property VideoMemorySizeMb=4096 in enblocal.ini. (according to Boris calculation it should be 5700 , but it seems that win10 has a 4gb limit to dx9 games)
I have also set UseEffect=false in enbseries.ini to disable the ENB. Even wothout enb, the lag is unbearable and stuttering/slowing down
I know you have recommended older drivers and my drivers are latest. And the older ones give bad performance with my other games :(
Is there a way out?

Just tested the new drivers for win 10 today for NVIDIA,no problems there, you can run the latest, with the new hardware I'm seeing 60FPS across the board,as i've said this pack need's an i5 at least.Check out ini download center and the other useful threads,if you can't manage to tweak your FPS let me know and will take it from there.

I know it's already been reported, but the second post in this thread lists a large, empty fortress in southern Skyrim (along the shores of Lake Ilinalta). I haven't tested to see what the source of it is, but wanted to point it out. It does seem like there's a nearby character from Inconsequential NPCs, but I don't think they're related. :)

It's an optional empty space for tundra defense and/or pocketempire builder.

Subject: Atilag Test Mon Feb 22, 2016 8:02 pm
Thanks again for the quick reply. So i used the Custom ini to test performance and curiously Kali the settler save played better than my local saves.
I averaged around 25fps WITH enb on.Game play was much smoother . Turning seemed a bit laggy. When i took a sharp turn it drops to 4 or 5. Same when enemies appear. New areas would drop it to 10fps.
It started with 60 fps in the cabin and roses to 60 fps in the wild just before Rorikstead ,as well as in water.
I will try the UseDefferedRendering=false tomorrow and see how it works out. After that i will try other settings. Can i use enboost or will it conflict with the mods? Should i try to use threaded options?(Set texture rendering as threaded in skyrim config.exe)
If that doesn't work i'll try to OC my processor.
Btw the non OC i3 6th gen which i use has a performance similar to i5 4th/5th gen.

The test files and the ini's work together,ENB is set to work with antilag.cfg. you should set your average FPS there.
Again don't forget to set this in enblocal.ini if you are trying other ENB's
d3d9AL.dd stand for antilag. ENB boost is already included in the ENB i provided.ENB boost it's just an ENB .ini No,threaded will not help you in any way, even the creator of ENB says to avoid them. Set your grass density to 80+ You can disable some texture mods like the rustic collections : RUSTIC CLUTTER COLLECTION - 2K-1K Skeleton.and.Human.Bones.by.Kajuan Wispmother.by.Kajuan Hybrids Hires Plant and Herb Retexture

What i've noticed from NPC's that have the grey face disease, is that the Unofficial Skyrim (and DLC) Patch changes havent been added to the PatchusMaximus.esp. Even changes from DLC.esm files are not in Patchusmaximus. Aside from the patch not working as intented this might have something to do with the grey faces. I found that these NPCs need the Facegeom .NIF files to be fixed (in the X:\Skyrim\Data\meshes\actors\character\FaceGenData\Facegeom\Skyrim.esm folder). Other NPC's that don't have the differences between Unofficial Skyrim Patch and PatchusMaximus.esp actually get a grey face from having a .NIF file there. I hope this helps with fixing it without have to remove PerMa. I have no idea if this is working as intented but i've noticed some correlation between this, the grey face and the existence of a .NIF file.
Brill: Alvor:
edit: found another one but with tint differences in Rottenmergedraces.esp (Endarie):

Problem with PERMA is that it's designed to run with a modest number of mods, when you throw 700 at it...things can get hectic. But if you do find more on the matter let me know.
Saw your edit, might have to block some stuff to be taken into consideration by PERMA patcher,so i have to block some .esp from loading with PERMA to avoid the gray face bug.The blocking of .esp for PERMA patches are very obscure and not explained at all, all around the net.

RottenDub thanks for the pack it is truly nice to play a skyrim fully modded and even more with care. But i still encounter some problems so i will ask you a bit of your time to help me if you don't mind.
So i'm still at the beginning of the game and i noticed that the one handed sword go to the back but draws from hip yet no one said anything about that on the forum so i presume its only me ?...
Also while using ENB i have 8 fps outside, 15-20 when not using ENB so i can play easily without enb but with enb actived can't properly aim an enemy to hit him.
Nvidia GT 730 2GB, 8gb ram amd quad core 4.1ghz. I selected everything you did in nvidia panel. I even disabled UseDefferedRendering.
I would like to know if we can change the animation sword/bow/sneak/run because some are buggy and bad on male. I have Pretty animation in stand by but waiting for your go. And if we can change the belt quick hip to put it back on the back ?
Last thing if for example i want to add Ice blade of the Monarch or EvilMasterMind armor, how can i know if its already in the game or not ? Because i saw in loading a tips about the Ice blade of the Monarch but did not receive the quest when i created my character.
I don't even see in MCM dual sheath redux, nor armed to the teeth so i can't know what i can do and what i can't.
In short i need your help and it will in future be a reference to those who want to add more mods like me to know the construction of your pack.
Thank you even if you don't have time to answer you really did a good work.
what is the music in your video final eyes selection ?
