[solved]Could I copy and paste some of the merged files?

Well would it work if I would say copy and paste the merged "Perk Tree Overhaul RM" to somewhere and extract the files accordingly since I like the combination of the SPERG and Ordinator but I can't run the pack that well with my current rig.

If you mean to use the merged files as standalone mods in another installation of skyrim, yes it should work, haven't test it out yet, but in theory yes.
No need to extract just copy and activate.
