How to start in Helgen

Is it a way to start the game in Helgen (as original startup) not in prison/dungeon?

If you talk to the statue in the dungeon and read the start options, one of the options is the original start sequence.

Never choose the original start. Choose "I was attacked by dragon" only.

What tolstyy said.  As for why, the carriage scene is really easily screwed up by mods, horses crashing into mountains if not turning inside out and twisting into skyward springs; this isn't a "this pack" problem, a lot of things cause it, I think it's a big part of why Alternate Start is so necessary these days.
