I disabled the LostGrimoire.esp in MO and I still CTD anytime i try to save. any thoughts? I have made no other changes to the mods besides trying the fix listed in the sticky.

Sort your mods.
Did you also re-do the dual sheath redux patch?(DSR not with a red exclamation mark in MO)
To do so run SUM and click "force rebuild patch"before letting the patcher run
