For new people on the forums you can download the pack on kat.cr just like the rest of my packs.
Search for Skyrim Perfectly Modded V4

I happen to to know a little about Kat.cr :-)

Some countries and isp's block KAT's main site! (Rude I know - but https://kastatus.com/ is usually NOT blocked)!!!
From there you can get access to on e of KAT's safe proxies!!!


And on other method that works wonders is by adding Zenmate (proxy) to your extensions. I hides your isp address (somewhat) - and will allow you to access Kat.cr!!!
Also great for youtube - to get around country blocking!!!

And finally my friend and retired Super Mod on KAT - Keka_Umans made a website to down load KAT torrents directly!!!
