How to replace the Nonskimpy armors

Hi everyone, i would appreciate it if you guys can tell me how to replace the non skimpy armor/cloth/dlc replacers with the skimpy ones found in https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3654 all the while retaining the hdt functionality of the cloth, thank you

disable the non skimpy armour mods
then install the onces you like to use
enable them
run bodyslide
bath build
select all
kilik build

that should be it
